A woman and an elderly woman walking together on a nature trail during sunset. The image promotes a walk event for caregivers, supporting mental health, encouraging outdoor activity, sharing photos with hashtag #togetherwewalk, and fostering a community of care.

#TogetherWeWalk is our gentle wellbeing initiative encouraging anyone who cares for others to take a moment for themselves. People working in social care, and unpaid carers especially, often have worse physical and mental health because they spend so much time looking after everyone else. This is a small, simple way to change that.

We invite people to get outside, move at their own pace, breathe, notice the world around them and feel part of something supportive. There’s no pressure, no expectations, just a chance to walk, reset and feel better in body and mind.

Take a walk, snap a photo and share it using #TogetherWeWalk. Every post helps build a community of people choosing small moments of wellbeing in a busy, demanding world.
